Your background combines deep fragrance industry expertise along with strong commercial instincts, a robust industry network, and the ability to uncover whitespace opportunities across personal care, home care, air care, household products, beauty and emerging consumer brands. Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of commercial (sales/marketing/business development) experience within the fragrance industry, including a strong record of delivering business growth, required
- Experience selling fragrance solutions to consumer-packaged goods, beauty, personal care, home care, household and/or air care customers
- Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage complex commercial opportunities from prospecting through commercialization
- Strong understanding of fragrance development processes, commercialization, and customer innovation cycles
- The ability to influence stakeholders, build strategic relationships, and collaborate effectively across functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Consumer Science or a related field required

Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and win new business opportunities with regional and emerging consumer brands across North America
- Build and execute strategic growth plans that expand market share, customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth
- Develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders across innovation, marketing, procurement, product development and executive leadership teams
- Partner with customers to understand future needs, innovation pipelines and market opportunities while driving portfolio expansion and share growth
- Lead commercial negotiations and long-term partnership discussions that create sustainable business value
- Collaborate closely with perfumers, evaluators, marketing, consumer insights, regulatory, technical and operations teams to deliver winning customer solutions
