CAF is seeking a Director/Manager – Facility Management Sales (Channel Builder) to launch and scale a brand-new growth channel in the U.S. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a senior seller who thrives on the hunt, enjoys building relationships from scratch, and knows how to win complex, multi-site enterprise deals. CAF currently partners with 35,000+ retail locations and has a strong track record selling into industries like parking garages, banks, government, fast food/QSR, and commercial cleaning providers. This role requires an entrepreneurial senior seller who is comfortable calling into FM operators, earning trust, winning enterprise deals, and shaping a new growth engine. The role reports directly to CAF’s EVP of Sales and requires an ownership mentality and an “all in” commitment. This position will be a critical driver of CAF’s next growth engine, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to influence strategy, shape channel direction, and help build what success looks like.
