About The Position

Keystone Cement Company is seeking a Sales Director, Keystone Cement & Aggregates, responsible for leading the commercial strategy and sales execution for Keystone's cement and aggregates business across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and select markets in New Jersey. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Cement & Aggregates Sales & Logistics for Titan America’s Mid-Atlantic Business Unit, this role leads a team of 4-5 Territory Managers and is accountable for driving sustainable volume growth, market share expansion, pricing excellence, and profitability. The Sales Director will work closely with commercial leaders throughout the Northeast and New Jersey markets while partnering with operations, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to optimize customer value, enhance commercial performance, and strengthen Keystone's competitive position. The successful candidate will be a strategic, market-focused leader with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams, build lasting customer relationships, and deliver exceptional business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field required.
  • Ten or more years of progressive commercial leadership experience within cement, aggregates, ready-mix concrete, construction materials, industrial manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Proven success leading regional sales organizations and developing high-performing commercial teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic growth plans while delivering measurable financial results.
  • Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategy, margin management, forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, and New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies that achieve volume, revenue, margin, and market share objectives across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and select markets in New Jersey.
  • Lead annual business planning, sales forecasting, pricing strategy, and commercial development initiatives.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across both cement and aggregates markets.
  • Monitor market conditions, customer demand, competitive activity, and infrastructure spending trends to guide business decisions.
  • Drive profitable growth through strategic account management, market expansion, pricing discipline, and customer engagement.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-5 Territory Managers while fostering a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
  • Establish clear performance expectations and accountability measures to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and the advancement of commercial capabilities throughout the sales organization.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers, contractors, ready-mix producers, distributors, and infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations for key customer agreements and commercial partnerships.
  • Expand market share through customer acquisition, account penetration, and growth of existing business relationships.
  • Champion customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development.
  • Partner closely with Northeast and New Jersey commercial leaders to align market strategies, coordinate customer opportunities, and optimize business performance.
  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to align customer demand with production and distribution capabilities.
  • Drive coordination between cement and aggregates sales activities to maximize customer value and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze business performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed to improve results.
  • Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, systems, customer engagement practices, and overall sales effectiveness.
  • Support long-term strategic planning and commercial integration initiatives across the Mid-Atlantic Business Unit.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, business standards, and safety expectations.
