The Sales Director – Gas & Petrochemical for Europe is a senior commercial leadership role accountable for driving commercial performance, strategic growth, and market consistency across the European region. The role ensures strong alignment between global Gas & Petrochemical strategy and regional execution across diverse and mature markets. This position plays a key role in strengthening IMI Process Automation’s footprint with European end users, EPCs, and partners, balancing complex New Build projects with a strong focus on Aftermarket growth. The role requires the ability to navigate regulatory complexity, cultural diversity, and highly competitive market conditions. The ideal candidate is a senior commercial leader with deep Gas & Petrochemical market experience in Europe, strong cross-country leadership capability, and a proven ability to drive harmonization while respecting local market dynamics.
