The Sales Director, Energy & Grid Solutions will lead strategic business growth by developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts across the evolving energy, grid modernization, and smart infrastructure markets. This role is responsible for building trusted executive-level partnerships, identifying high-value opportunities, and positioning scalable manufacturing and engineered solutions that address complex customer needs. The ideal candidate brings a strong network and commercial experience across power transmission and distribution, battery storage, renewable energy, utilities, electrification, or related infrastructure markets. Success in this role requires a consultative sales approach, the ability to navigate long and complex B2B sales cycles, and the skill to translate technical and market requirements into compelling business solutions. Working closely with senior leadership, global manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and commercial teams, this individual will help shape target account strategies, land new customers, and drive long-term profitable growth in a dynamic energy and grid landscape.
