About The Position

Nashua Crossings is looking for a Director of Community Relations/Sales Director to join their team! This role involves a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with a base salary of $85,000 plus a lucrative commission plan. The ideal candidate is a sales professional who enjoys building relationships and is committed to quality over quantity. As a Director of Community Relations for Benchmark Senior Living, you will drive occupancy by developing meaningful personal relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional partners through a prospect-centered selling approach, moving away from transactional relationships and sales urgency built around promotions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in assisted living
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Possessing a driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle
Ability to speak intelligently about our services

Supporting prospects throughout the sales process
