The Sales Director, Amazon reports to the Sr. Director of Sales, US and is responsible for driving profitable, multi-year growth of the Shark business on Amazon. This role owns the overall account strategy and P&L, leads annual negotiations, and partners cross-functionally (Marketing, Demand Gen, Supply Chain, Strategic Sales, Finance) to expand market share and deliver best-in-class execution. The Sales Director will lead a team of account managers, own category and sales planning, and serve as the primary business manager for Amazon—balancing strategic leadership with deep operational and financial rigor.
