About The Position

Superior Cloth & Stitch is seeking a senior Amazon and marketplace leader to own and scale our digital commerce business. In this role, you will lead Amazon revenue, advertising investment, and profitability through disciplined execution and return-driven growth. If you have built and run Amazon at scale — managing Seller Central, retail media, and marketplace economics — this is an opportunity to step into one of the company’s most important growth engines and make a measurable impact. As Director, Amazon & Marketplaces, you will own Amazon 3P (Seller Central) performance and provide active leadership across Amazon 1P (Vendor Central). You will be responsible for accelerating growth across multiple brands, including scaling two established 3P businesses (Wink and Carhartt) and launching and building Sewkind on 1P. This is a hands-on Amazon leadership role. You will be directly in Seller Central and Vendor Central, working closely with an external agency and cross-functional partners to plan, execute, and optimize performance across revenue, advertising, promotions, and marketplace operations.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or marketplace leadership
  • Deep, hands-on experience running Amazon Seller Central (3P) at scale
  • Proven ability to drive profitable Amazon growth
  • Experience leading Amazon advertising through agencies
  • Strong understanding of Amazon economics, retail media, and performance analytics
  • Advanced financial, analytical, and negotiation skills

  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central (1P)
  • Background in apparel, textiles, home goods, or consumer products
  • Experience competing and winning in highly competitive Amazon categories

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end Amazon Seller Central performance including assortment, pricing, promotions, inventory, content, advertising, and account health
  • Serve as the internal expert on Buy Box, ranking, FBA/FBM, Brand Registry, A+ content, variations, and catalog optimization
  • Lead and manage an external Amazon agency across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and full-funnel retail media
  • Own advertising budgets and performance metrics including TACoS, ROAS, incrementality, and contribution margin
  • Drive Amazon revenue, promotional investment, and advertising spend to maximize return and profitable growth
  • Apply Amazon best practices to expand into additional marketplaces such as Walmart, Target+, and Macys.com where strategically appropriate
  • Deliver best-in-class product pages, imagery, video, and enhanced content
  • Ensure premium brand presentation across all digital marketplaces
  • Build and leverage dashboards across traffic, conversion, contribution margin, inventory turns, fill rate, and ad efficiency
  • Use performance data to continuously optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment strategy
  • Partner with Demand Planning, Finance, Marketing, and Creative while leading agency partners and internal stakeholders to drive execution
