About The Position

We are looking for a strong and driven Ecommerce Sales Manager who fully owns sales and margin for their products. This is not just a follow up position. This is real ownership with clear responsibility for performance. You must understand numbers. You must know how to calculate margin correctly. You must understand PPC and bidding strategy. You need to know when to raise bids, lower bids, adjust budgets, and protect profit. Ecommerce sales is math, strategy, and execution. Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and profit for your product portfolio
  • Know landed cost, retail price, marketplace fees, freight, and true net margin
  • Run proper price and promotion calculations before making decisions
  • Monitor ACOS, TACOS, conversion rate, traffic, and contribution margin and make decisions based on data
  • Lead new product launches
  • Ensure inventory is ready and positioned correctly
  • Set clear pricing strategy and PPC direction
  • Move products from launch phase into steady, scalable sales growth
  • Manage PPC together with marketing
  • Understand keyword performance and search term data
  • Adjust bids based on profit targets and margin goals
  • Ensure ad spend is aligned with profitability and growth objectives
  • Improve listing performance
  • Work with design to upgrade images, content, and positioning
  • Focus on conversion rate improvement and sales growth
  • Run promotions and deals
  • Approve deals only when the math makes sense
  • Track performance and continuously improve strategy
  • Fix underperforming products
  • Identify the real problem
  • Build a structured relaunch plan
