About The Position

As our Amazon Account Manager, you’ll own and grow Pure Fishing’s Amazon Vendor Central (1P) business. This role blends strategy, analytics, and relationship management to drive revenue, profitability, and operational excellence—while delivering a best-in-class customer experience on one of the world’s biggest retail platforms.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing an Amazon 1P (Vendor Central) business
  • Deep understanding of Amazon retail mechanics, KPIs, and Vendor Central tools
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel and Amazon reporting
  • Proven experience managing pricing, promotions, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A strategic, data-driven mindset
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance growth with profitability
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity in a dynamic retail environment
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing six- or seven-figure Amazon revenue is a plus
  • Background in CPG, consumer electronics, or retail brands preferred
  • Familiarity with Amazon advertising and marketing programs is a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Amazon Vendor Central (1P) business
  • Drive growth through assortment expansion, promotions, and new Amazon programs
  • Manage day-to-day operations in Vendor Central and monitor key KPIs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon vendor and retail managers
  • Lead line reviews and joint business planning with Amazon
  • Ensure product detail pages are accurate, optimized, and on-brand
  • Manage demand forecasting and inventory planning to support sales while minimizing risk
  • Analyze performance data and deliver insights that inform strategy
