Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field preferred
- 2+ years of management experience in Sales or Sales Development
- Experience managing a successful sales development team
- Proven track record establishing and exceeding goals in a Sales Development environment
Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Development organization to goals and objectives
- Teach and coach team how to build and manage a pipeline through using an account-based sales approach
- Monitor and refine sales lead processes and metrics
- Ensure the effective use of Salesforce.com and related sales tools
- Compile weekly/monthly team reports, modify as needed
