What You’ll Do As a Sales Development Specialist, this role plays a critical role in fueling the sales and post-install pipeline by identifying, engaging, qualifying prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing preferred

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads through online databases, social platforms, industry events, and inbound inquiries
  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms to engage prospects and generate interest in Park Industries equipment and post-install services
  • Maintain an organized cadence of follow-up activities to nurture leads effectively
  • Engage in discovery conversations to assess customer needs, timelines, and decision-making processes
  • Qualify inbound leads based on defined criteria and hand off to Sales Consultants
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lead information within CRM (HubSpot)
  • Support trade shows, Park Industries events, and other industry events by capturing and qualifying leads
  • Conduct timely post-event outreach and follow-up to convert event-generated leads into opportunities
  • Track daily activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings set, conversion rates) and provide weekly progress reports
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance lead management efficiency
  • As a Sales Development Specialist at Park Industries, you’ll primarily work standard business hours Monday to Friday, with availability for extended hours when project needs require.
