About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing digital marketing agency. This role involves closing qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities, conducting discovery calls, presenting customized digital marketing solutions, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven B2B sales closing experience.
• Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Local SEO, Web Design, Social Media Marketing) or SaaS/software solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with decision-makers.
• Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel is a plus.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience selling high-ticket marketing retainers.
• Familiarity with the US market and B2B sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Close qualified inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and challenges.
• Present customized digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, Local SEO, Web Development, and Lead Generation services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and digital marketing best practices.
