We're hiring an SDR to help build Augment's outbound engine. This isn't a seat-warming role where someone hands you a script; you'll be working alongside experienced sales leadership to architect the prospecting motion, build sequences, test messaging, and generate pipeline for Enterprise AEs. You'll own outbound across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video. This is an early hire on a fast-growing sales team. The path to AE is real, but we need someone who's locked in on the SDR craft right now and wants to prove it.
