About The Position

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Bim.com, you will be instrumental in driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging with prospects, and booking meetings for Account Executives in the US market. This role specifically focuses on BIMobject, a leading global marketplace for the construction industry that connects manufacturers with architects, engineers, and construction professionals. The SDR team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where curiosity, persistence, and experimentation are key to success. Team members support each other, solve challenges, and work towards ambitious goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative role or similar.
  • Comfortable with tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, Nooks dialling system, and Salesforce.
  • Enthusiastic, relationship-focused communicator with resilience and drive.
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone or explore creative strategies to generate new leads.
  • Post-secondary education in business, economics, sales, or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English (native level).
  • Willingness to travel to events and trade shows on behalf of the company approximately 3-6 times per year.

  • Knowledge of the building or sustainability industry.
  • Previous experience in a SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify high-potential accounts in the US construction industry.
  • Build tailored outbound sequences that generate responses.
  • Engage prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine, target, and optimize prospecting strategies.
  • Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Stay up-to-date with SaaS and industry trends relevant to the US construction industry.
  • Travel to events and trade shows on behalf of the company approximately 3-6 times per year.
