Requirements

  • 2-4 years of business development or sales experience (bonus points for SaaS, Incentives, Martech or B2B sales).
  • Experience with CRM, social media, and other sales tech (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills, you know how to connect and engage.
  • Resilience. Rejection isn't personal; it's just part of the game.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
  • Competitive, driven, and relentless in the pursuit of success.
  • Second to none work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting – Cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, emails, phone, text, and social media outreach — whatever it takes to connect and convert.
  • Follow up on inbound leads – Speed to lead is the biggest factor in inbound conversion rates.
  • Fill the pipeline – Identify and generate new leads to build a rock-solid sales funnel.
  • Qualify like a pro – Ask the right questions, dig deep, and uncover real opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team – Work closely with sales, product, support, and design teams to understand our solutions and drive results.
  • Leverage data to win – Maintain accurate records, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize success.
  • Hit and exceed targets – Meet or beat your quarterly goals for held Discovery and Demo meetings.
