About The Position

At SecureIQ, we connect elite sales talent with high-growth B2B companies building world-class revenue teams. We work exclusively with the top 3% of candidates and match you with established companies across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and UK who invest seriously in their sales infrastructure. We support your integration into these companies by providing you with additional training, admin/HR support, and adding you to our community of high-level salespeople. We're seeking an experienced SDR to support outbound revenue generation for a scaling B2B company. You'll work directly with the client team, owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers and managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers. The company provides comprehensive lead intelligence, premium outreach tools, and clear revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • 2+ years experience in outbound sales or lead generation roles
  • Proven success making cold calls and booking sales appointments
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior stakeholders
  • Strong objection handling and persuasive communication skills
  • Fast and reliable internet connection
  • Your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role
  • A quiet working environment
  • A good quality microphone or headset

Responsibilities

  • Owning complete outbound campaigns targeting decision-makers
  • Managing everything from prospect research through qualified handoffs to senior closers
  • Achieving 15+ qualified appointments per month, working with prospects who have genuine buying authority and budget.
