About The Position

Build your career selling business-critical technology, not just internet. Aspen Fiber Networks is expanding its sales team as part of our commercial team, Aspen Technology Group (aspentechnologgroup.com), on a major growth initiative, and we are hiring driven, competitive individuals to join us at the ground level. We provide end-to-end technology solutions—connectivity, infrastructure, and managed IT—serving as the outsourced IT partner for our clients. This role offers direct exposure to real sales opportunities in a rapidly growing industry. If you are motivated by growth, income potential, and building real-world sales skills, this is an opportunity to break into B2B technology sales with a company on the rise. Six month progressive ramp up period.

Requirements

  • Competitive, motivated individuals (sales experience is a plus, not required)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging new people
  • Coachable and willing to learn quickly
  • Self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic
  • Interest in sales, business development, or technology

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage new business opportunities (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Qualify decision-makers and set appointments
  • Build and manage your own pipeline
  • Learn how to position and sell technology solutions to businesses
  • Work directly with leadership on sales strategy and execution
  • Track activity and performance in CRM systems
