Summary: Are you motivated to break into the world of sales, eager to grow quickly, and ready to put in the work to build a meaningful career? Join our fast-paced and growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). No extensive experience required - just a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and a drive to succeed. As an SDR, you'll focus on identifying potential customers, uncovering their needs, gathering information, and taking clear, detailed notes from your interactions. You'll cross-compare those needs with our offerings and triage qualified leads to the appropriate Sales Representatives. Most of your outreach will be through email, with some calls, face-to-face meetings, and occasional travel for trade shows. We offer a structured 60-day onboarding and training program designed to help you ramp up confidently and effectively. We're looking for someone with a growth mindset who is hungry to learn sales methodology and excited about increasing their earnings potential. Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to learn and apply sales techniques
  • Comfortable conducting outreach via email, phone, and virtual or in-person meetings
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B environments or technology-related industries
  • Familiarity with SaaS or IT services
  • Exposure to LinkedIn prospecting or sales automation tools
  • Microsoft Fundamentals Certification
  • Understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification processes

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying Inbound Marketing Leads
  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting through email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Set sales-qualified appointments for Account Executives based on prospect needs
  • Research and identify potential customers; verify and update contact information
  • Track and document activity in CRM software (e.g., contacts, communications, and lead status)
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to support lead generation efforts
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress and sales metrics to management
