Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Hybrid | The Colony, TX $40K–$45K Base + Uncapped Commission You think you're the best rep in any room. Come prove it. Requirements
- 1–2 years of SDR, BDR or outbound sales experience
- You're energized by cold calls, not scared of them
- Sharp communication and listening skills
- A competitive streak and a work ethic people notice
- You're coachable and hungry to get better every day
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
- You hate losing more than you love winning
Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners and C-level decision-makers
- Get past gatekeepers with confidence and precision
- Book qualified first appointments for our Account Executives
- Build real relationships with executives
- Keep the CRM clean and accurate
- Join daily coaching and training sessions
- Beat your goals, not just hit them
