About The Position

Atera is actively seeking a highly motivated and target-oriented individual to join our dynamic Sales Team. If you are energetic, curious, creative, and are excited about working in a fast-paced, SaaS-based, high-tech environment, we want you on our team. As part of Atera’s Sales Development team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our sales efforts by owning the top of the funnel—pipeline creation. You will often be the first point of contact for potential customers, making a lasting first impression and qualifying leads to determine the next steps.

Requirements

  • Native English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 1+ years in sales or related business experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driven by both individual and team achievements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Experience in cold calling and generating new leads.

Responsibilities

  • Internalize and embody Atera’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to classify accounts based on our ideal customer profile.
  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound prospecting activities, developing and nurturing relationships within key accounts.
  • Identify key decision-makers and assess their buying readiness and timelines for potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM software, influencing monthly and quarterly sales reports, pipelines, forecasts, etc.
  • Attend events and conferences as required to represent Atera and generate new business leads.
