About The Position

This position will be located on-site in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Sales Development Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. Utilizing a suite of web-based tools, you will efficiently resolve inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about service delivery in a high-velocity environment.

Requirements

  • 6 -12 Months experience in B2B Outbound Calling environments
  • Fluent in English and strong written English communication skills
  • Familiarity with Financial Services markets and industry best practices strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, and email.
  • Build and enrich data from Ascensus target account (existing customer) lists using approved tools.
  • Maintain accurate records of activity and disposition leads recording the outcomes of outreach.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to refine messaging.
  • Participate in weekly KPI reviews and performance coaching sessions.
  • Participate in daily huddles and track performance towards progress metrics.
