Sales Development Representative - Americas

Imagicle delivers AI-powered UC and CX apps, Omnichannel Contact Center & Receptionist with Virtual Agents, Compliance & Quality Recording, and Advanced Analytics, delivering faster, smarter, and easier communication and collaboration across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments for Cisco/Webex and Microsoft Teams. Born in Italy and now proudly global, we've grown to serve customers in 150+ countries, with offices in Miami, Riyadh, Dubai, and Paris. Since opening our U.S. headquarters in Fort Lauderdale (Miami area) in 2017, we've built strong partnerships across North, Central and South America, but we're just getting started! That’s why we are looking for a passionate Sales Development Representative for the Americas region, focusing on the conversion of marketing-generated demand into qualified sales pipeline. Our Growth & Biz Operations team is a critical part of our future success, and we are looking for absolutely and only the best people out there. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to confidently conduct qualification and discovery conversations (by phone or in person)
- Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and optimizing outreach strategies
- Proactive approach and a collaborative spirit, especially when working with the Marketing and Sales teams to find strategies and solutions
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Nice To Haves
- Curious about the Unified Communications, Contact Center, AI voice/CX (Microsoft Teams, Cisco, Webex)
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Spanish
- Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, demo requests, content downloads, webinars, and events
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needsidentify the right Imagicle use case, and assess fit against our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Generate new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting using email, phone, LinkedIn, and account research
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to maximize pipeline generation and optimize lead qualification strategies
- Build and nurture a healthy pipeline by engaging high-potential prospects and converting marketing-generated demand into Sales Accepted Opportunities
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Continuously test and improve outreach sequences, messaging, and targeting based on performance data and customer feedback
- Meet quarterly targets for for Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs) and pipeline generation
