At Simpatico, we are not building a sales floor, but a hit squad. We are looking for a savage who treats the phone like a weapon and every dial like a bullet aimed at a closed deal. Our SDRs are expected to make numerous calls daily, bypass gatekeepers, and secure conversations with business owners and C-level executives. You will work alongside competitive individuals, receiving world-class coaching and daily training in a culture focused on winning. This role is for those who want to hunt, earn significantly, and build a career with no ceiling.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of SDR, BDR, or outbound sales experience
• Fearless on the phone - the dial doesn’t scare you, it excites you
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Highly competitive with a work ethic that borders on obsessive
• Coachable and hungry to improve every single day
• Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
• Someone who hates losing more than they like winning

Responsibilities

• Rip dials. All day. Every day.
• Generate qualified sales opportunities for our Account Executives
• Prospect and cold-call business decision-makers
• Build relationships with C-level executives and business owners
• Blow past gatekeepers with confidence and precision
• Schedule qualified first appointments
• Maintain accurate intel in a CRM
• Participate in daily sales coaching and professional development
• Consistently shatter performance goals - not “meet” them
