  • Some experience in entry level sales.
  • Hold a Post-Secondary Degree/College Diploma.
  • Some experience using CRM systems but is not a requirement (ideally with Salesforce).

Responsibilities

  • Building New-Logo and Install Base sales pipeline by attracting and qualifying prospects who are evaluating or considering electronic health record products and services.
  • Generating leads and collaborating on targeted campaigns to build and increase our customer base.
  • Helping generate opportunities for both our New-Logo and Install-Base AE’s.
  • Offering a strategic approach to territory planning, account planning, account cohorting, and the pre-discovery stage.
  • Engaging with assigned territory of prospects to understand their business, uncover challenges, generate interest, and set up a discovery call with our AE’s.
  • Using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track progress, schedule activities, and document relevant information on prospective and current customers.
  • Conducting in-depth research and coming up with strategic ways to increase wallet share within the assigned client list.
  • Contributing to booking and revenue targets.
  • Being the first point of contact with prospects, establishing a positive relationship and experience.
  • Responsible for the strategy and implementation of account-based campaigns and tactics to drive pipeline from a key accounts list (developed in collaboration with Account Executives and Marketing).
