The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for learning and executing all steps of the sales process. This role involves partnering with the Delivery team to identify top IT talent for client needs, increasing sales and market share through assigned and newly generated accounts, and identifying, developing, and managing customer relationships using resources like Salesforce and Hoovers. The SDR will contact prospective customers to understand their needs and hiring cycles, build strong customer relationships, and prepare and present sales information and proposals.
