About The Position

This is a sales role for someone who loves the hunt. You’ll spend your time prospecting, building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing new business with small business owners. Every business you help means more families gain access to affordable healthcare. This is NOT a customer service role. This is NOT an order-taking role. This is a high-activity, high-accountability sales position with uncapped earning potential. We will help you prepare for and obtain your Arizona Health Producer License. What matters most is your drive, work ethic, resilience, and willingness to learn. • Prospect and generate new small business opportunities
• Make outbound calls and follow-up outreach
• Run virtual and phone appointments
• Educate business owners on healthcare solutions
• Manage your pipeline and sales activity
• Close new business and drive enrollments
• Consistently hit activity and sales goals
