About The Position

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, managing inbound and outbound communications with professional excellence. Utilizing a suite of web-based tools, you will efficiently resolve inquiries to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. Requirements

6 -12 Months experience in B2B Outbound Calling environments
Fluent in English and strong written English communication skills
Experience with CRM tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Financial Services markets and industry best practices strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and qualify leads across target accounts in existing customer base.
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, and email.
Build and enrich data from Ascensus target account (existing customer) lists using approved tools.
Maintain accurate records of activity and disposition leads recording the outcomes of outreach.
Collaborate with marketing and sales enablement teams to refine messaging.
Participate in weekly KPI reviews and performance coaching sessions.
Participate in daily huddles and track performance towards progress metrics.
