About The Position

Join Onyx Security and help build the control plane for autonomous AI in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Onyx is building the control layer that enables enterprises to safely adopt and scale AI agents across the organization, with the visibility, governance, and operational control needed to understand what agents exist, what they do, how they behave, and what risks they introduce. Onyx is looking for a highly technical and customer-facing SDR to support strategic business development efforts. You will act as a trusted advisor to security leaders, support high-value sales conversations, and help establish Onyx as a thought leader in the AI security market.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in cybersecurity.
  • Deep familiarity with security and enterprise environments.
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence.
  • Proven public speaking and customer-facing experience.
  • Experience supporting GTM organizations or strategic deals.

  • Existing network among enterprise security leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Advise prospects and customers on AI and security strategy.
  • Support executive sales conversations and strategic opportunities.
  • Represent Onyx at conferences, roundtables, and industry events.
  • Provide product feedback based on market conversations.
  • Partner with marketing on thought leadership and external content.
