Requirements

  • Professional and clear verbal communication
  • Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment
  • Active listener able to ask open-ended discovery questions to potential customers
  • Handle approximately 100 outbound dials per day
  • Adaptable problem-solvers who can think on their feet
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, computer, telephone, and email skills
  • Computer knowledge to quickly work with a CRM and Outlook
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Outreach: Our inside sales representative will reach out to companies in our service area by phone to identify the needs of a company, collect relevant information, and set appointments for outside sales representatives.
  • Engage: Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships
  • Follow-Up: Use people skills to get past gatekeepers and talk to decision makers for employee drinking water to schedule a sales appointment
  • Reporting: Document all calls using our CRM and update to indicate client interest, manage new leads, and maintain proper records of lead contacts
