As a Sales Development Representative, you will be an integral part of the Americas Growth team.Being part of the team, you will work alongside KONGSBERG’S trusted salesforce to offer the best suited digital solutions to clients. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline. You will identify and qualify leads, work closely with our sales and marketing teams, and develop relationships with key decision-makers. These prospects will be in different stages in their digital journey, your goal is to set the stage for successful sales engagements by understanding the prospect’s industry, client needs and demonstrating the value of our solutions. As a Sales Development Representative you generate leads withing target accounts with speed , identify pain points and convert into a meeting with a growth manager in our sales team.
