About The Position

We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team at Cyncly. This role is 100% outbound and focused on generating new opportunities by connecting with prospects in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to fill the pipeline with qualified demos that lead to new customers. Our newest offering is a strategic extension of Cyncly’s trusted design software, giving you the chance to bring a new product category to an existing customer base that already values what we do.

Requirements

Previous SDR experience is preferred but not required — we value work ethic and drive above all else
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple outreach sequences at once
Comfortable with outbound calling and motivated by hitting and exceeding goals
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote environment

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus

Responsibilities

Prospect into targeted accounts in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring verticals through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Research accounts and identify key decision-makers to build high-quality prospect lists
Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and secure booked and attended demos
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
Track activities and results in Salesforce, using tools like Salesloft and Gong to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for booked and attended demos
