The Sales Development Representative is a driven, relationship-focused sales professional responsible for building the pipeline that powers our growth. This role exists to identify, engage, and qualify real estate investors, fix-and-flip operators, and referral partners — and to connect them with our Account Executive team at exactly the right moment. This is a high-activity, high-impact role for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, moves with urgency, and understands that in hard money lending, speed and trust are everything. You are not just setting appointments — you are opening the doors that our AEs walk through to close deals and fund loans. This position reports to the Head of Sales and offers a clear path to an Account Executive closing role for top performers. This is a Hybrid role based in Austin, TX.
