About The Position

Our partner builds AI agents for blue-collar home services industries, including HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, and home remodeling, a roughly $1 trillion market that has grown rapidly in recent years. Their suite of AI agents spans the full customer journey, from real-time sales coaching for reps in the field to voice agents that handle inbound calls and book jobs in the office. The company is bootstrapped, profitable, and went from zero to seven figures in revenue in about nine months, with sights set on 10x growth this year. The team is small, tight-knit, and intense, mission-obsessed and customer-first, winning against competitors many times its size by out-thinking and out-executing them. This is an SDR role for someone hungry to break into tech sales and grow fast. You will drive top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold outreach, building the relationships and opportunities that fuel the sales team. Strong performers move quickly, there is a clear and fast promotion path to Account Executive for SDRs who crush it. You will join a lean, ambitious team and work directly alongside people who win by doing whatever it takes. For the right person, this is a launchpad.

Requirements

  • A high-performance track record in competitive environments (sports, chess, arts, etc.)
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, intense startup environment
  • Open to new graduates or candidates still in school (with flexibility for 2-3 days/week during the school year)
