The Opportunity Weâre looking for new graduates who are excited to break into tech sales and grow quickly. In this role, youâll learn how to prospect, qualify leads, and build pipeline while working alongside a supportive, experienced sales team. Youâll connect with real estate agents and brokerages through calls, email, and social outreach, gaining hands-on experience from day one. Itâs a fast-paced environment where youâll build resilience, confidence, and communication skills over time. Strong performers move up quickly, and our AE team is full of people who started in this exact seat. Youâll sit in our Austin office five days a week alongside your sales managers, who are hands-on coaches, not distant observers.
