As an SDR III, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, creating meaningful engagement with senior executives, uncovering business opportunities, and generating pipeline that fuels company growth. You'll partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Operations to execute highly targeted outbound campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to identify buying signals, personalize outreach at scale, and engage the right prospects at the right time. Requirements

  • You think like a strategist, execute like an operator, and embrace technology as a force multiplier.
  • You are energized by outbound prospecting and love the challenge of opening doors into strategic accounts.
  • You are naturally curious and enjoy learning about industries, companies, and executive priorities.
  • You are an exceptional communicator who can quickly build credibility with senior decision-makers.
  • You are highly organized, self-motivated, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • 3-5+ years of success in a quota-carrying SDR, BDR, or pipeline-generation role.
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding pipeline and meeting-generation targets.
  • Experience selling into mid-market and/or enterprise organizations.
  • Familiarity with modern sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Orum, Qualified, and AI-assisted prospecting solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage executive audiences.
  • A growth mindset, competitive drive, and desire to accelerate your career in revenue-generating roles.

Responsibilities

  • Own pipeline creation across our target accounts and industries.
  • Use AI-powered tools, intent data, account intelligence, and automation platforms to identify, prioritize, and engage high-value prospects.
  • Craft highly personalized outreach that stands out from the noise and creates meaningful conversations with executive buyers.
  • Build and execute multi-channel engagement strategies across email, phone, LinkedIn, video, events, and emerging digital channels.
  • Partner with Account Executives and RSMs to develop account-based strategies and break into complex enterprise organizations.
  • Leverage AI to research accounts, uncover business initiatives, identify stakeholder priorities, and generate relevant messaging at scale.
  • Experiment, learn, and continuously optimize outreach strategies using data and performance insights.
  • Conduct thoughtful discovery conversations that uncover customer challenges and create demand for our solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Sales Leadership to drive revenue growth.
  • Become a trusted advisor to prospective customers by understanding their business objectives and industry trends.
  • Consistently exceed goals for meetings booked, qualified opportunities, and pipeline generated.
