About The Position

StackAI (by Asana) is seeking a Healthcare Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate a qualified pipeline across health systems, Med device, providers, and digital health companies through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-ups. As an early hire on our healthcare go-to-market team, you will help shape our motion and messaging, and play a fundamental role in onboarding potential customers. Stack AI is a no-code drag-and-drop tool to quickly design, test, and deploy AI workflows that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate any business process. Our core value is to make it extremely easy to build arbitrarily complex AI pipelines using a visual interface that connects different data sources with different AI models. Healthcare organizations use Stack AI to build applications such as patient-facing assistants, document processing, answering questions on databases, and content creation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in BDR/SDR or sales (B2B SaaS; AI/GenAI a plus).
  • Strong track record sourcing pipeline.
  • Comfortable learning technical concepts and translating GenAI into clear business value for healthcare buyers.
  • Proactive, organized, iterative, creative, adaptable, and enjoy testing messaging and improving processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or health-tech experience preferred.
  • Existing networks in health systems, payers, or digital health is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage target healthcare accounts via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, organizing events, and attending healthcare conferences.
  • Run first-call discovery, identify decision makers, book meetings for AEs, and surface healthcare use cases like patient intake, revenue cycle, call center QA, and clinical documentation.
  • Nurture champions and connect with decision makers across clinical, operations, and IT.
