TEKsystems and TEKsystems Global Services are Allegis Group companies. The Sales Development Rep-2 (SDR-2) is responsible for executing the initial steps of the sales process. Following a comprehensive 10-week training program that includes online learning, business role plays, and real-time sales scenarios, the SDR will research and build call sheets of targeted customers, document and track leads, build customer profiles, perform outreach, and identify lost customers to generate new meetings. Success in this role can lead to a promotion to Account Manager.
