We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our growing sales team in our Coppell office. The Sales Development Manager is responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline development while leading a small team of SDRs (Sales Development Representatives). The SDR Manager will play a key role in creating and executing strategies for outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, and ensuring the success of the SDR team in generating qualified leads for the sales team. This is a true player–coach role: approximately 50% individual contribution and 50% leadership, coaching, and process ownership.
