About The Position

We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead, develop, and scale a team of 6–10 SDRs. This leader will play a key role in driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation, coaching SDRs to exceed performance targets, and partnering cross-functionally to support Cynet’s rapid growth. This is a high-visibility role within a fast-scaling organization, ideal for an experienced leader who thrives in a metrics-driven, high-performance environment.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing SDR teams
  • Strong coaching mindset with the ability to motivate and develop talent
  • Data-driven approach with expertise in forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a fast-growing SaaS or cybersecurity company is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 6–10 SDRs across inbound and outbound motions
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, call reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Support onboarding and ramping of new SDRs, ensuring they meet key milestones
  • Own SDR pipeline targets and ensure consistent attainment of meetings and opportunities
  • Develop outbound strategies to expand Cynet’s presence in the MSP and SMB/MM market
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to optimize funnel performance
  • Ensure the team follows best practices for sequencing, personalization, and messaging
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and coaching opportunities
  • Improve workflows between SDRs, AEs, and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain rigorous hygiene across SFDC, Outreach, and supporting tools
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute campaigns and event-driven outreach
  • Partner with Product Marketing to equip the team with updated battlecards and positioning
  • Work closely with Sales Leadership to refine qualification criteria and handoff processes
