About The Position

Oracle NetSuite is seeking Sales Development Managers to lead a team of 10 Sales Development Representatives. This role involves managing the initial sales engagement with potential new customers, driving the development of sales skills, and coaching the team in sales processes and product knowledge. The position is based in-office in one of the specified NetSuite locations: Austin, TX, Burlington, MA, Chicago, IL, Denver, CO, Nashville, TN, or Santa Monica, CA. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of SaaS/Technology business development sales experience.
  • Proven track record as a top producer.
  • Experience mentoring or leading other SDRs, sharing best practices.
  • Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
  • Ability to learn technology and translate it into value for prospects.
  • Curiosity, insightfulness, and perceptiveness.
  • Outstanding writing skills.
  • Friendly, thoughtful, and effective communication style.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Sales Development Representatives that serve as the initial sales engagement to potential net-new customers.
  • Drive the development of sales skills, including inbound/outbound prospecting, lead/qualification, and objection handling.
  • Teach, coach and mentor the next generation of successful sales professionals.
  • Recruit, train, and coach the team in both sales process and NetSuite product knowledge.
  • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications.
  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sale of a complete value proposition via the telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings.
