Maze is looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to lead, coach, and scale our Sales Development team. This role is critical to fueling pipeline growth by developing high-performing SDRs, strengthening our inbound and outbound motion, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to drive new business. You’ll be a player-coach who combines strong people leadership with operational rigor. Your success will be measured by team attainment, pipeline quality, SDR growth and promotion, and tight cross-functional alignment. Location: Remote, preference for United States EST or CST timezone
