About The Position

Capital Group is seeking a Sales Development Manager Senior to drive sales outcomes by developing and executing a coordinated regional strategy. This role focuses on creating preferred access and aligning Capital’s resources with prioritized dealer firms. In partnership with Wealth Management Consultants, the manager will extend this approach to the largest wirehouse teams through enterprise engagement to accelerate execution and drive increased business results. Requirements

  • Proven track record in third-party distribution
  • Strong knowledge base of the wealth management industry and trends
  • Excellent business and sales skills
  • Capability to pinpoint key opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
  • Ability to manage ambiguity well
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation capabilities
  • Hold one or more of these designations: Series 7, Series 63, AIF, AIFA, PPC, CIMA, CFA, and CFP®
  • Series 7 & 63 required
  • Must be located or willing to relocate to San Francisco territory
