About The Position

The Sales Development Associate will be responsible for driving profitable growth in topline revenue by building strong relationships with customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and C-level leadership. This role involves understanding the competitive landscape, market trends, and customer business needs to provide tailored solutions and drive growth. The associate will focus on partner ecosystems and joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies, working with partners to develop and operationalize scalable GTM strategies and co-creating solutions with customers. The position requires identifying business challenges, designing strategic plans, and effectively communicating the company's value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships. The associate will also identify new trends and technologies to create new service offerings and propose creative solutions to customer problems. Collaboration with sales and engineering delivery teams is crucial for account growth and closing deals. The role emphasizes building 360-degree relationships with important large accounts to achieve the company's long-term strategic goals. This includes detailing strategic initiatives, identifying unstated customer needs, and creating integrated solutions across multiple horizontals. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales engineering experience in the Heavy equipment or Automotive industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or a related field
  • Maintaining an inclusive environment through persistent self-reflection
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Achieve profitable growth in topline revenue while building strong relationships with customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and C-level leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, including with C-Level leadership.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends to provide solutions that drive revenue growth.
  • Manage overall partner relationships, including strategic planning and revenue growth targets.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Focus on partner ecosystems and joint GTM strategies.
  • Work with partners to develop and operationalize scalable go-to-market strategies.
  • Define and refine the GTM process with customers for new products, features, and services.
  • Co-create solutions and services with customers to establish a value proposition for both organizations.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business models that drive value and innovation in service offerings.
  • Identify business challenges, particularly in targeted sectors, and tailor solutions within the company's offerings.
  • Design and execute strategic plans aligned with company vision and key performance metrics.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technology, process, and current partnerships.
  • Identify new trends and technologies to define and create new service offerings or tailor existing ones.
  • Propose creative solutions to customer problems and create solution offerings in line with company strategy.
