The Automotive Sales Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff. Requirements

• 2-3 Previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED
• Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
