Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in automotive sales management
  • Proven track record of closing, coaching, and profitability
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Professional appearance and competitive mindset
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Applicants must have a valid driver's license and must complete the pre-employment screening

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive software experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Desk deals to maximize gross and drive unit volume
  • Coach and motivate sales professionals to hit aggressive targets
  • Partner with finance to keep deals moving efficiently
  • Analyze reports, adjust strategy daily, and close performance gaps
  • Control expenses while driving profitability
  • Ensure every customer leaves confident and satisfied
