Requirements

• EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER
• Several years of experience closing deals and coaching salespeople
• Verifiable, proven track record of success
• Ability to lead, mentor, train and inspire the team to achieve targeted results
• Process oriented with full understanding of the finance process
• Polished and professional with the desire to provide an unparalleled customer experience
• High School graduate or equivalent
• 18 years or older required
• Ability to work in a drug free workplace
