The Sales Desk Manager position is with Audi Calabasas, part of Lithia & Driveway, a Fortune 500, publicly traded company. The Automotive Sales Desk Manager is responsible for managing the activities of all sales staff to ensure sales targets and customer service levels are met. This role also involves training, cross-training, and developing all sales staff.
Requirements
- Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Nice To Haves
- Previous Automotive Sales Management experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Ensure sales goals are attained
- Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff
- Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers
- Address and resolve customer concerns
