About The Position

Our client, an established and growing cabinet company headquartered in Cincinnati with 650+ team members, is seeking a Sales Design Representative for their Mundelein showroom. In addition to cabinet sales and a robust local distribution network, our client fabricates granite, quartz, solid surface, laminate, and cultured marble countertops. The client base includes large production builders, custom builders, and remodelers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales, design, and customer service experience in the cabinetry industry
• Ability to source and maintain new and existing business
• 20/20 design software experience is required
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to lead a project
• Skilled in spreadsheets and word documents
• High energy and passion for customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and estimate kitchens and bathrooms for new and existing clients
• Develop new business through networking and prospecting
• Manage order entry and customer service follow-up
• Oversee projects with builders and remodelers
• Monitor and follow up on job-site installations
