About The Position

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments with clients. Complete sales and design training are provided, so no prior experience is necessary. This is a hybrid remote position with an open and flexible schedule, offering a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with increased pay and bonuses. The company provides 12-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship, pre-set appointments, health and retirement benefits, and no cold calling. The work is located close to home, and there is an open-door policy with the Sales Manager.

Requirements

No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
Coachability.
Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training.
Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
Educate customers on our products and services.
Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
Other duties as assigned/applicable
